I'm using the nucore audio amp that I got in the Nucore complete package.

I've done that. And yes it is louder but I have have to have it CRANKED to 31 to get to a "decent" volume and I know next time I have people over they are going to say they can barely hear it over other machines. I would say after going into the alsamixer and cranking up the volume to max ...

Volume too low when multiple machines being played.
The only other issue with Nucore I've found is I have 15 Pinball machines. And when I have people over and multiple machines are being played at the same time the Nucore volume cranked all the way up and its hard to hear. Is there a setting in Linux or something to turn the volume up ? I have the vo...

I have experienced the same problem. Again not a big deal but I too get the correct hour and date but year is 20 years ahead. I changed it and the next day turn on and same thing. Weird.

Are there any videos showing how the LCD shows the outline of the monitor on the playfield when playing? I just picked up a SWE1 and am thinking seriously about switching to Nucore. I'm just in the learning stages right now but want to know what peoples thoughts are?
