Re: Jukebox Graphics
I got it working now, my guess is that it had something to do with permissions on the NuCore folder. Sound is really good

Tower5, I'm having some trouble with the jukebox too, what did you encounter, and how did you solve it?

Re: Light 'problems'
The duty cycle responsible for the lamp matrix was controlled through software. Since processors today work differently from the mediagx processor we allow adjustment of this duty cycle (timing.) Please email me a zip of your log files. The log files are copied to the usb drive when you do an updat...

Light 'problems'
As said, NuCore is running fine, and everything seems ok, but when I look into the menu of Revenge from Mars, the system alerts me that there is a problem with some of the lights. When looking, they are working fine, but the alerts stay active. Can this have something to do with the light timing? An...

Thank you guys!
I want to thank Chuck and Eric for their great support on NuCore! Today I have tested my Revenge from Mars machine, with my system running with NuCore, using the original audio amplifier, and everything is working just fine! Only thing left to do is finish the mod on the old PC cabinet of the Pinbal...

Re: Original Audio Amp modification to use with Nucore
Update: I finally have my audio working. I went to Fry's and bought a Belkin audio chord extender and started the soldering from scratch. Success! What kind of cable did you use? I have a stereo audio cable, with on two sides a RC jack connector, I was thinking of stripping it on one side and solde...

Re: Original Audio Amp modification to use with Nucore
Well, the power supply for the PC is not the problem, I use a switch (as you posted), but you told me I need an additional power supply for the Audio Amp. I can't connect two of those momentary switches to the motherboard right? So how do I power the second power supply to supply power to the Audio ...

Re: Original Audio Amp modification to use with Nucore
Uh.. I'm not sure how it's going to work: Normally a power supply connects to a motherboard, and only then the 'other' connected items (like normally a harddisk or dvd drive) get powered. If I connect the power supply only to the audio amp (and offcourse the wall-outlet ;)) how is it going to power ...

Re: Few questions about NuCore
Got my system working, outside the pinball machine
Now first I'm going to modify the audio amp, and then mod the original case, or make a new one.
So far, so good

It's working!
Most likely I have the PC parts in today, so I hope I can get it working on that this weekend.
