Didn't get anything. Interesting. I assume a "cease and desist" type of message which I could care less if he did.

How about some final pics of the 22" monitor install? Isn't it too big for the original hole?

I have both RFM and SWE1 now (well, the SWE1 kit is actually still in transit with Fedex). Looking forward to nucore to ease the swap (and reduce the stress associated with worrying about the PRISM card handling).

Ok, Got my Dell 22" widescreen today. Since I used a vesa mount it was a drop-in replacement. What a cool picture. The widescreen actually works way better than a 4:3 IMO. If you have the chance, come to PATZ and check it out. very cool. What model did you order Chuck? Any pics you can post pl...

Product Name

Might want to do a trademark search on using the name "nucore" before you try selling a product by that name/brand. Search "nucore" on Google and you'll get the idea. You might be small enough to not be on anyone's radar even if it violates a trademark. Of course, you can usually...

Re: What's going on now.

To keep everyone up to date: Software - The software keeps getting better all the time. If things go well I will have some cool things to show people at PATZ. Custom Hardware - we are still working on final specs. We are finding the balancing point between price, functionality, and form. The projec...

Chuck, did you get the LCD installed? When you do, it would be great if you posted some info on how to do it. I'm rather curious how much of an effort this is and suggested equipment/procedures. Thanks.

Big flashy Intro

Along the lines of the intro screen ideas, adding video, etc. If you did a big flashy intro: You could start with some music, add a shaker motor rumble (per my other suggestion), kick in with some video, and then playfield lights --- it could make a really cool flashy intro. This would just be at po...

SWE1/RFM shaker motor option

Along the lines of the Star Trek shaker motor/controller/harness being put together and available at PINBITS... create support for an optional shaker motor. SWE1 and RFM would both be great with a shaker motor. Perhaps coordinating with those guys since they have indicated the idea of leveraging the...

Building on a prior post, how about being able to play a movie video clips? I could see SWE1 (which I've actually never played or seen so bear with me) playing a Star Wars Episode 1 video clip. You could cycle it in as an attract mode or as part of an intro or post game. Revenge from Mars... althou...

I guess this brings up a good point. The idea was mine and I thought people would like the ability to play music on the machine since it has a pretty good sound system. Would you actually use this feature? I guess from my comment you can tell that I wouldn't expect to use this feature too much, but...

Cute, but I've got a nice stereo. Seriously guys, I like the novelty, but it's a pinball machine. Do you have any more tricks up your sleeve though?
