Permission bug in new forum

In the new forum, if I don't log in messages in "Developer Updates" can be read fine.

However, after logging in, any attempt to read Developer Updates is denied with a message that says I don't have permissions to read messages in that forum.

While logged in I was going to post a question to the Wizard Blocks forum and also received a message that I didn't have permissions necessary to post there.
