Hi,

I've had some trouble since the beginning of my NuCore installation. Now updating to 2.0 I saw them again,
and would like some advice:

1. I installed the update, and the program updated well, but next to this my loading screen picture did not change, I don't have information from the servers.txt in my NuCore settings, and I might miss more?

2. My machine keeps telling me (since NuCore is installed in the machine) that I have light (lamp) problems, the number of errors is not consistent. The lights are working fine though, really strange. (See attached pictures)

Hopefully someone can help me out on this.

Regards,
Jord Knapen

you need to do the 2.0 update twice.
The first run is to get 2.0 on your system
the second is to import the servers.txt and the new loading screen :)

Have you tried swapping driver boards? I think we went through this once before and the only thing you hadn't tried was the driver board.

I'm not able to swap those boards as I only have one :( The update worked perfectly after the second time (of course :))

Chuck, as I bought the machine from someone some time ago, and I'm not sure if there might be led's in it, can it be that this causes these 'problems'?

Another question: On the first picture you can see that the date (year) is not quite right, after changing it, it resets to
the future again. Does the date come from the BIOS or OS?

If there are LEDs in it that would definitely cause those problems. The date issue is with the pin2k source code. It doesn't hurt anything.

Ok thanks again for your quick reply Chuck, I will try to alter the leds.cfg as to ignore the lights. Will keep you posted.

this maybe my first post, BTW loving my RFM on nucore, and have updated to 2.0 tourny mode. I installed leds earlier this week, and now have a ton of lamp errors. Does this mean that I need to manually change a config file? If so, it hardly seems worth the bother.
Cheers

Glad to hear you're loving it. To make the LED errors go away you do need to modify the config file (a feature btw.) If it doesn't bother you no biggie. It won't hurt anything.

how do i get to the config file to change it so that it knows (or doesn't care) that there are led lights installed in some of the sockets?
