Launcher [4] error

Chuck,
Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem?

I looked up the motherboard specs and think the audio on the motherboard is the issue. Just about every board we've ever seen uses the realtek audio chipset and they work well. Try installing this patch and see if it help the issue at all:

viewtopic.php?f=18&t=1120

You'll have to burn the ISO to a CD and run the install. Let me know what happens.
