Jukebox (Loading Songs)

Post by Tower5 »

I'm a Mac user, so I'm trying to figure out how to get music into the NuCore comlete system. Is it possible to load them through the DVD drive?

Thanks for any help.

It is possible but a little complicated. I'll try loading some songs on my mac then moving them to a memory stick. I'll get back to you hopefully tomorrow.

Sorry, one more question. As I load songs, it double-louds ones I already have. My jukebox song lists are a bit of a mess now. How do I erase them and start over?

We're working on delete functionality. Just an FYI it shouldn't double-load songs unless the filenames are different. I'll give you some manual instructions of how to delete all songs from the linux prompt.

Chuck,

Can you please post the linux instructions for deleting tracks from the jukebox? I loaded in a track of a 300Hz tone for L/R testing and I realized there is no way in the interface to get rid of it!

I poked around in the directories from the linux prompt but didn't find where you are storing the music tracks.

Thanks,
-JB

JB, the directory should be

/root/nucore/music

Once you delete the file re-generate the playlist in our config menu under jukebox.
