Apple Mac Users - PLEASE READ!

It appears there is an issue with the way Apple formats USB drives. If you format a USB drive (FAT) on the Mac, Linux will not be able to read any of the files written to it. The USB drive MUST BE formatted FAT32 using a Windows based machine or on Linux itself. If you format the drive on Windows or Linux then transfer mp3's or binaries using a Mac it will work as intended. I could not find a work around on the Apple side. If anyone finds another solution please let us know. In testing when I formatted the drive on a Mac Windows 7 machine wouldn't read it or reformat it. I had to download an application to reformat the drive.

If you encounter an issue reformatting a drive previously formatted on a mac this works well (at least it worked well for me):

Thanks, I got my working, but it's pretty low volume (I have the jukebox sound maxed). How do I get back to the Unbuto Desktop to crank it? I can't figure it out from the manual.

exit out of nucore with the F1 key

login

user:nucore
pass:nucore

then type /etc/init.d/gdm start

set the volume to 93ish then restart
