Time to come clean. This is achieved once you have network access to your game. There are some telnet commands built into the stock rfm code that enable various things. One of these is a scene manager that allows you to start the game from any mode, hence the screen shot I attached. I'm sure we can all have some remote fun with these things once the networking is added.

It is interesting to note that the graphics for the green selections are built in which kind of suggests williams were going to allow this starting point before changing their minds.
