HELP - Turnkey Nucore not starting

I purchased a full nucore system a while back and yesterday I went to turn it on and... nothing.

I did the basic computer trouble-shooting and the power supply, hdd drive, video card are all working but the motherboard won't boot. How can I get this replaced or repaired? ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
