Hello, I am interested in finding out what the latest software version / revision is for RFM

When searching here and online I cannot find references to any beyond 1.6

However the RFM I acquired a few days ago is displaying 1.8??

Is 1.8 the latest version, and if so what is different in this version to 1.6 etc

I'm not the most technically minded person but this has been puzzling me

There is no 1.8 version. Are you sure it's not .8? If I remember correctly I think that's the version of the software with no update.

1.6 is definitely the latest version.

Just checked again and it is displaying as Game Software Revision 1.8

is it a bug or glitch or something??

Wow - that's wacked. Where the hell did that come from? Did someone just do a hex-edit of the code?

Also, 1.5 is what I'm running which is the latest I've seen available. What is different in 1.6 and where can it be had?

1.6 fixed a bug that would cause cmos to reset if the country code was wrong. Something like that anyway. It can be had. I have a copy and I'll forward it on to wayne at launch
